Cancelation Policy

Serious bookings only please... Cancellations any less than 24 hours before appointment day are subject to 100% No Show Fee - no credit can be issued. As independent service providers, we do not process cash refunds; please be sure you want the service before you book a session. Once appointment booking request is confirmed, you can reschedule up until the 24hr deadline. If you cancel appt. for any reason during the grace period (prior to 24hr deadline), any unused funds will be processed as a service credit via gift card. This credit will never expire and you may use this gift card balance toward any service on another day.
